For every block of green power purchased, your kWh usage is reduced by 150 for the purpose of calculating the fuel charge. It is available in blocks of 150 kilowatt-hours. Interest during construction (IDC) charges include additional costs, such as interest to construct new resources, deferred expenses, interest on new or acquired resources, and government mandated environmental costs or upgrades.
